While playing around (showing off) in the gym I ran an estimated 92 ml/min/kg a blazing best, however, there is a lesson to be learned dont wave your $ around and run your mouth keep it in your pocket cause AFTER I RUN THE $ IS IN MY POCKET!
The lesson to be learned is there are different types of fitness. One does not have to be a bodybuilder to be considered a trainer, or a swimsuit model to be considered fit. These stereotypes are what cause people to fear the gym, or for that matter, any fitness program.
Guess this adds to the  old saying "can't judge a book by its cover."  Read the content and then be an informed judge.
